THE KELVO STORY

We got tired of choosing between good coffee and having time.

The third-wave coffee movement convinced us that exceptional coffee requires dogmatic patience: gooseneck kettles, micro-gram scales, temperature-controlled thermometers, and fifteen-minute rituals that turn your morning into an obstacle course. We respect the pursuit of flavor, but we refused to accept the friction.

Kelvo is our rebellion against slow coffee. We take high-altitude, specialty-grade Arabica beans and cold-steep them across eighteen hours of low-temperature, closed-circuit extraction. Every delicate floral volatile and rich cocoa note is captured, condensed, and sealed before any harsh bitterness can develop.

The outcome is an uncompromising concentrate. No brewing apparatus, no counter clutter, and no sediment. Pour a shot over iced oat milk, splash into steaming water, or drizzle over tonic. Unopened, our 500ml bottles and 50–100 ml pocket packets stay completely shelf-stable in your pantry for up to 6 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days. Because we cold-steep for 18 hours with zero artificial preservatives or fillers, the aromatics remain crisp, rich, and full-bodied down to the very last pour.
Each 1 oz (approx. 30ml) shot delivers approximately 120mg of natural, cold-filtered Arabica caffeine — equivalent to a robust double shot of espresso or 1.5 standard cups of drip coffee. Because our pressure filtration eliminates bitter chlorogenic acids, you experience clean, sustained focus without jitters or midday crashes.
Our master ratio is 1:4. For a standard 8–10 oz mug or tumbler, pour 1 shot (approx. 30ml / 2 tablespoons) of Kelvo concentrate into 6–8 oz of hot water, cold water, whole milk, or oat milk. Prefer a strong cortado punch? Use 1:2. For a silky iced latte, simply pour 1 shot over ice and top with 7 oz of cold oat milk. No stirring equipment needed.
Zero alcohol (0.0% ABV). We achieve our Whiskey profile by conditioning select high-elevation coffee beans in charred American white oak barrels and extracting natural wood resins and peat aromas during the 18-hour cold brew cycle. You get all the smoky vanilla, charred oak depth, and warm character without a single drop of alcohol.
